Privacy policy

This page briefly explains what data osonsmm.com collects, why it uses it and how it protects it.

1. What data is collectedWhen you sign up — your username, email and password; depending on the settings, your name, phone number or other contact details may also be requested. When you order — the service, link and quantity. When you top up your balance — the amount, payment method and payment number. Your tickets and the files you attach to them. For security — your IP address and information about your browser.
2. Why it is usedTo run your account, fulfil orders, record payments, answer your tickets, send necessary emails (codes, confirmations, ticket replies) and protect your account from unauthorised access and fraud.
3. Who receives itWe do not sell your data. Only what the service needs to work is shared: the partners who fulfil orders get the link and quantity (your username, email and IP are not sent); the payment system gets your username, user number and the amount. Emails are sent through an email service.
4. How it is protectedThe site works only over a secure HTTPS connection. Passwords are never stored in plain text — only as an irreversible hash. Your card number is never entered on the site and is not stored by us: payment takes place on the payment system's own page or in its app. The number of sign-in attempts is limited, and you can turn on two-step sign-in with an email code. Only you and our staff can open files attached to tickets. Only authorised staff have access to the data.
5. CookiesThe site itself uses only the cookies it needs to work: for your sign-in session, security (CSRF) and one-time notifications. Your chosen language and theme are stored in the session.
